The Niche Store is a design-led object studio that offers furniture, lighting, mirrors, décor, and collectible design objects through our online store.

3. Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure our product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, and specifications are accurate.

colours may vary depending on your display settings;
dimensions may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances;
handcrafted and finished products may naturally differ from one another;
styling props shown in photographs are not included unless specifically mentioned.

These variations are considered part of the product's character and are not defects.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are manufactured or finished after an order is placed.

Production timelines shown on product pages are estimates only.

Once production has begun, made-to-order or customised products cannot be cancelled, modified, or exchanged except where required by applicable law.

5. Pricing & Availability

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Applicable taxes are included unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to:

update pricing,
discontinue products,
modify specifications,
correct pricing errors,
limit quantities,
withdraw products without prior notice.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, any payment received will be refunded using the original payment method.

6. Orders & Billing

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We may refuse or cancel an order where:

payment cannot be authorised;
stock becomes unavailable;
pricing or technical errors occur;
fraud is suspected;
delivery cannot reasonably be completed.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and to promptly update any changes.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

The Niche Store does not store complete credit or debit card information.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are displayed for guidance only.

Large mirrors, furniture, lighting, and made-to-order products may require additional production time before dispatch.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, governmental actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the products transfers to you once delivery has been completed.

9. Installation & Product Care

Certain products require secure installation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that walls, mounting surfaces, ceilings, and fixtures are suitable before installation.

Improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or modifications made after delivery are not covered by our policies.

Care instructions provided on each product page should be followed to preserve the product's finish and longevity.

10. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Products damaged during delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order together with photographs of:

the damaged product,
the original packaging,
the shipping label.

Failure to report damage within this period may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.

11. User Content

If you submit reviews, photographs, feedback, suggestions, or other content to The Niche Store, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content for marketing, editorial, and promotional purposes.

You confirm that any content you submit belongs to you or that you have permission to share it.

We reserve the right to remove any content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.
