At The Niche Store, we don't stock shelves—we make objects.
Every piece is produced in small batches or made to order after your purchase. This allows us to maintain the quality, finish, and attention to detail that each object deserves.

Processing & Delivery
All orders are made to order.
Please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to be crafted, packed, and delivered.
While many orders arrive sooner, we recommend planning around this timeline, especially if you're purchasing for a specific occasion or project.
The estimated delivery timeline displayed on each product page should always be considered the most accurate.
Shipping Across India
We currently ship across India through trusted logistics partners.
Oversized and fragile products—including mirrors, lighting, and furniture—are carefully packaged and shipped using carriers best suited for safe handling.
International shipping will be available soon.
Pre-Orders
Some products may be available for pre-order before production begins.
For pre-orders:
- the estimated delivery timeline will be mentioned on the product page;
- payment is collected at checkout to reserve your piece;
- cancellations are accepted before production begins;
- once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible;
- after dispatch, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email or WhatsApp notification with your tracking details.
If you have any questions about your shipment, our team is always happy to help.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched.
Transit times vary depending on your location and courier partner.
Unexpected delays caused by weather conditions, courier networks, public holidays, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect delivery timelines.
Address Information
Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate before placing your order.
If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to update the delivery address.
The Niche Store is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Receiving Your Order
Many of our products are handcrafted, oversized, or fragile.
We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours and share:
- your order number,
- photographs of the product,
- photographs of the packaging,
- photographs of the shipping label.
This helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
